This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, payment processing timelines, and fraud prevention measures for purchases made through www.multimmunity.com By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo

  • Store credit or gift cards issued by Boone Health Group, Inc. d/b/a Multimmunity

3. Currency

  • All transactions are processed in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise stated.

  • If your card or payment account is in a different currency, your provider may charge a currency conversion fee at their own exchange rate.


4. Payment Authorization & Timing

  • Payment is authorized at the time of order placement and captured immediately unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-orders may be charged upon shipment).

  • If your payment method is declined, the order will not be processed and you will be notified to update your payment information.


5. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • For pre-order or backordered items, payment may be captured either at the time of purchase or when the product ships, depending on the payment processor's requirements.

  • Specific terms will be stated on the product page and/or in your confirmation email.


6. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we:

  • May require additional verification for high-value orders or orders shipped to different billing and shipping addresses.

  • Reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Cooperate with law enforcement and payment processors to investigate fraud cases.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you believe there is an error or unauthorized transaction, contact us first so we can resolve the issue.

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account suspension for future orders.

  • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence to the payment processor.


9. Taxes

  • Sales tax will be calculated at checkout and collected where required by law.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
