Shipping Policy

1. General Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how Boone Health Group, Inc. d/b/a Multimmunity ("we," "us," "our") handles the processing, packaging, and delivery of orders placed through www.multimmunity.com
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Processing Times
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received and cleared.
Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 4pm Mountain Standard Time will be processed the next business day.
Peak Periods: During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take longer.
Pre-Orders/Backorders: These items will ship once available. Estimated availability dates will be shown on the product page and/or confirmation email.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders via one or more of the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
Shipping options available at checkout may include:
Standard Shipping -- economical delivery with estimated arrival in 6-8 business days after order is marked as "fulfilled."
Note: Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are currently a flat fee of $10 on all items other than quarterly subscriptions.
Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and shipping addresses as specified in the promotion terms. Quarterly (3 month) subscriptions all qualify for Free Shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items or with certain carriers.
Some products may be restricted from shipment to certain states or countries due to legal or carrier limitations.
Hazardous or oversized items may require special handling.
7. International Shipping
We do not ship to countries outside the U.S. at this time.
8. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed over to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once an order is in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 DAYS of delivery with photos and a description so we can assist.
9. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable or refused:
You may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, less any applicable shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
We may assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacement/refund is at our discretion.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or carrier policies. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
